Justin Dodge serves as M³'s Chief Executive & Clinical Officer. With extensive experience in crisis response, program leadership, and complex clinical care, Justin’s leadership ensures that M³ is more than the sum of its parts. His expertise lies not only in his clinical acumen but in bringing together a diverse team of specialists, fostering collaboration, and upholding the highest clinical standards to achieve the best possible outcomes for every individual we serve.

As the practice's founder, Justin provides clinical supervision, case consultation, treatment plan review, community outreach, property management, insurance credentialing, and basically just ensures all aspects of M³ are operating smoothly. A brief professional overview follows...
