Guiding Minds, Nurturing Growth

Welcome to Me, Myself, & Mind, where every mind matters. Our practice is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care across the lifespan. Whether you're seeking steady sails in calm waters or a guiding light through the storm, our experienced team is here to help you navigate the journey toward healing and resilience. Founded and led by Justin Dodge, M³ is built on a foundation of collective expertise, advocacy, and an unwavering commitment to community mental health. More than a practice, we are a team of dedicated professionals—group therapists, substance use counselors, child and adolescent specialists, couples therapists, and more—united in our mission to provide the highest standard of care. With extensive experience in crisis response, program leadership, and complex clinical care, Justin’s leadership ensures that M³ is more than the sum of its parts. His expertise lies not only in his clinical acumen but in bringing together a diverse team of specialists, fostering collaboration, and upholding the highest clinical standards to achieve the best possible outcomes for every individual we serve. ♦ Meet the M³ Team ♦ Michelle B. Arria, PhD (Administrative Supervisor & Psychologist) — Providing supportive therapy since 2016. Michelle works as an independent therapist along with working on a crisis team. Given her passion for trauma counseling, she continued on with her academics to Bay Path University where she received her doctorate with a concentration in trauma. In Michelle’s free time, you will find her on the beach, exploring new book stores — or she will have her nose buried in a romance or murder mystery genre of book. ~ ~ ~ Elizabeth Desir, LMHC (Administrative Supervisor & Licensed Therapist) — A licensed mental health counselor with experience working in both outpatient and crisis fields, in addition to many years serving children in day care and school settings.
